You'll love weaving and wearing this stunning, multi-textured, multi-structured and multi-yarn scarf!
Designed so that the weave structure juxtaposes twill next to plain weave along with supplemental warp floats. By winding the variegated warp in a circle on your warping board instead of back and forth, you'll get better pooling of colors for more interest in the fabric.
Designer, Daryl Lancaster tells you how in her comprehensive step-by-step "Designer's Notebook" as part of the instructions in this Handwoven March/April 2011 issue.
Weave on any 4 or 8-shaft, 10" wide loom (instructions show both). Choose from either a one or two scarf kits. Available in one color only (as shown). Note: 8-shaft scarf on left; 4-shaft scarf on right in photo above (double click to enlarge).
