Sari Silk is made from recycled silk saris from Nepal and India. The fibers are shredded and re-spun by hand into this beautiful multicolored yarn. The colors are so unique, unlike any variegated or self-striping yarn. Each skein is an explosion of beautiful colors! Not only are the color combinations unique to each hank, the spinners also each add their unique touch to the texture and spin of the yarn.
