This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave these Moscow Nights Tea Towels that were designed by Jenny Sennott for Handwoven, March/April 2015, pages 34–36.

From the "white nights" of Russia to bright, bustling Indian days. Weave these inspirational towels in snowflake twill with point-twill treadlings.

The intricate patterns and sumptuous colors of these towels represent imperial Russia, thus the name Moscow Nights.

Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 cotton in rich colorways of Rust, Chocolate, Gold and Wine.

Note: We have made substitutions in the yarns from the original pattern with similar colors in our 8/2 Aurora Earth yarns.  

Equipment needed: 8 shaft loom; 22" weaving width; 12 dent reed; 1 shuttle; 4 bobbins

Finished size: three hemmed towels 18 1/4" x 26" each
