Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-5 days to let you know your order is on the way.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using USPS or UPS services. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weigh/cost of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cotton Clouds Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We do not cover the cost of the shipping label to return your products. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
