Autumn Log Cabin Towels

These log cabin towels play with traditional autumn colors in a new way, using stripes and color-and-weave to create an easy plain weave towel that works up quickly!

Great for autumn festivities and hostess gifts, too!

Weave structure: log cabin plain weave

Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 Cottons in orange, grape, silver, and lavender.

Equipment needed: rigid heddle loom; 24" weaving width; 10 dent reed; 5 shuttles. 

Finished size:  two towels, 19.5" x 27” hemmed.
