Beehive Pillow Kit

As the world warms and flowers begin to bloom, bees return to gather nectar that will soon become golden honey. While honeycomb from the hive is a delicious treat, honeycomb from the loom is just as delightful—especially when woven into something cozy and beautiful. This pillow celebrates the charm of spring with its textured honeycomb pattern, creating a sweet accent that’s as inviting as it is eye-catching.

Weave structure: honeycomb

Yarns: Softspun 5/2 Cotton; 24/7 Cotton Coffee Bean

Equipment needed: Rigid-heddle loom, 18" weaving width; 7.5-dent heddle; one pick-up stick; heddle rod with 30 string heddles; 2 shuttles.

Other Supplies: 14" square pillow form; scissors or rotary cutter, straightedge, and self-healing mat; sewing machine with walking foot (optional).

Finished size: one pillow 14" × 13.5"
