Designed for weaving on 12-shaft table or dobby looms, using fall-inspired orange and yellow Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons for warp and tabby weft and 5/2 black pearl cotton for pattern weft, these summer-and-winter towels will make you purr with delight.
A printable lift plan draft is included for table loom users, and for weavers using a dobby loom, two WIFs are available as part of the download. (Pattern sold separately from Long Thread Media)
Have a black cat phobia? These towels are fully reversible, you can decide to highlight the colorful orange kitties on the reverse instead!
Weave Structure: Summer & Winter
Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 100% unmercerized cotton. (We have made close substitutions for the 8/2 colors from this pattern with our Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons)
Equipment needed: 12-shaft loom; 20" weaving width; 10-dent reed; 2 shuttles
Finished size: four towels approximately 16" × 19" each
