Cat Track & Snail Trail Towels

This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave these Cat Track & Snail Trail Towels that were designed by Julianne Drever for Handwoven's Design Collection 18, pages 26-27.

Weave these overshot towels for your favorite animal lover or maybe for your own favorite pet! It's as fun to weave these towels as it is to give them as gifts!

The sharp contrast of blue and white in alternate squares emphasize the undulating overshot pattern "Cat Track & Snail Trail."

Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons in white and the color of your choice.

Note:  these towels were originally designed with 22/2 cottolin.

Equipment: 4 shaft loom, 19" weaving width and 10 dent reed.

Finished size: four towels 16" × 22" each with 1 1⁄2" fringe.
