Cloud Nine Cotton Towel Pattern
These towels are perfect for gifts or for adding a special touch to your own kitchen.
The pattern allows you to weave in either plain weave or in a four-step texture weave structure using a pick-up stick with a rigid heddle loom. You can weave one of each or two of the same.
This pattern is now available for both rigid heddle and 4-shaft looms.
Weave structure: plain weave or texture weave
Yarns: Cotton Tail 8/4 and Aurora Earth 8/2 Cotton
Equipment needed: rigid heddle or 4-shaft loom; 19” weaving width; 12 dent reed; 2 shuttles or 2 bobbins; 1 pick-up stick (optional).
Finished size: two hemmed towels; 14” x 25” texture weave towel or 15” x 26” plain weave towel.

The Cloud Nine Cotton Towels are really soft! Jodi's instructions are excellent and I enjoyed weaving 2 different towels on the same warp. It was nice to weave towels where you didn't have to double the yarn in the warp and weft. I liked the towels so much, I ordered another kit in a different color palette.
The pattern for the Cloud Nine Towels is well written and easy to understand. The 8/4 cotton was a joy to work with and would like to purchase more of it. I picked the Sunflower colorway which is very cheerful. You can count on Cotton Clouds for all of your weaving needs and supplies.
