Eclectic Color-and-Weave Towels
Brighten up your kitchen with these vibrant Eclectic Color-and-Weave Towels, designed by Deborah Jarchow and featured in Handwoven May/June 2023.
This kit includes all the yarns you need to weave a set of towels that explore the magic of color-and-weave. Using four contrasting color pairs in both warp and weft, you’ll discover how traditional patterns can look completely different depending on which colors are crossing.
It’s a fun and engaging project that lets you experiment with a variety of color-and-weave designs while creating a set of towels that are both beautiful and practical. The finished patterns look wonderfully intricate—yet they’re surprisingly approachable to weave!
