Falling Leaves Runner
This Falling Leaves Runner combines creative warping with pick up sticks to create six blocks of changing color across the cloth. The finished design has a beautiful, intricate look, with shades of red, orange, and gold reminiscent of fall leaves moving across a deep wine background.
The Falling Leaves Runner weaving class with The Rogue Weaver will guide you through the warping and pick up stick setup, along with the weaving sequence needed to create the pattern. The pattern uses two pick up sticks, with the option of replacing one with string heddles if you prefer.
There are three class times available, Oct 13th, 15th, and 18th. Visit the Rogue Weaver website to sign up for this class. Class participation includes detailed instructions, a warping checklist, and plenty of photos to help guide you through the process.
