Heirloom Diamonds Napkins by Michele Marshall of Mingo's Corner Shop.

Weavers love knowing their work will be treasured for generations, and these napkins are exactly that kind of heirloom. Woven with a beautiful blend of bamboo and cotton, they’re wonderfully easy to care for—yet it’s the time, attention, and heart you put into making them that truly makes them unforgettable.

Weave structure: plain weave with alternating warp spots

Yarns: Bamboo Cotton 8/2

Equipment needed: Rigid Heddle Loom; 21" weaving width; 12 or 12.5-dent reed; 3 heddle rods; 55 string heddles; 2 shuttles; tapestry needle for hemstitching.

Pattern needed: Heirloom Diamonds Napkin Pattern. Sold separately at Mingo's Corner Shop on Etsy.

Finished Size: four napkins 17.5" x 17.5" hemmed.

This weaving kit includes all the yarns to weave these napkins by Michele Marshall. You can find this pattern on Etsy at MingosCornerShop.

As written, the pattern requires a rigid heddle loom with a 21" weaving width, but the included chart makes them weaveable at smaller sizes. Additional instructions provide details for scaling the pattern to whatever width or length you want. There are six pages of instructions and two QR codes to short videos to explain aspects of the pattern that may be unfamiliar.
