Lace & Flower Runners: Vintage Inspiration

Inspired by an antique textile swatch, these Lace & Flower Runners beautifully showcase alternating sections of 3-thread huck (mock leno) and 4-thread spot weave, all set against a classic plain weave background. The delicate interplay of structure and texture gives these runners a timeless, vintage charm.

This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave these Lace & Flower Runners that were designed by Patrice George for Handwoven.

Yarns: The original swatch was woven in a very fine linen but we include our fine weight Ecocot™ 100% organically-grown cotton. Available in color shown: Naturale.

Fabric description:  Plain weave, 3-thread huck lace and spot weave.

Equipment needed: 8 shaft loom; 18 3/8" weaving width: 10 dent reed.

Finished size: two runners 16.5" x 52"
