Mini Plaid Tea Towels
These towels have a tiny plaid mixed with a basic waffle weave pattern.
What sets this pattern apart is the ability to weave a little waffle weave and a little plain weave in the same pick!
It looks complicated, but with creative use of 2 pick up sticks, it is actually super simple.
This pattern includes many video links, and one in particular to show how to insert and use the pick-up stick.
Weave structure: Waffle Weave
Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 Cotton
This kit is available in Lipstick/Dark Green/White or Silver/Dark Navy/Light Turk.
Equipment needed: rigid heddle loom; 20” weaving width, 10 dent reed, 3 shuttles, 2 pick-up sticks.
