Night Windows Scarf
Create a scarf that shimmers with the rich mystery of a city skyline at night. The Night Windows Scarf blends several simple yet striking design elements to produce a piece full of depth, texture, and vibrant color.
The drama begins with a black backdrop — carefully chosen to intensify and highlight the jewel-toned brilliance of variegated rayon chenille. Like glowing windows against the night sky, the pops of color seem to come alive. Pearl cotton forms the background warp, while rayon weft threads deepen the black, adding layers of subtle sheen and luxurious softness to the finished scarf.
This project is perfect for weavers who want an elegant, eye-catching piece that feels as good as it looks — a true work of woven art you’ll love to wear or gift.
