Offset Squares Towels

Inspired by off-register prints—where layers of color drift just slightly out of alignment—this towel set explores the playful intersection of color, pattern, and texture. Using a two-block Summer and Winter structure, each square takes on its own distinct character as the warp threads interact differently with the tabby and pattern wefts.

The result is a dynamic surface full of subtle variation and visual rhythm, where vibrant color choices bring depth and movement to every block. Though structured and intentional, the weaving process remains engaging and rhythmic, making this project especially satisfying for weavers who enjoy thoughtful color play and classic structures with a modern twist.
