On-the-Go Bags
This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave two On-the-Go Bags that were designed by Yvonne Ellsworth for Handwoven, Sept/Oct 2022, pages 55–57.
This stylish little bag is perfect for quick trips to the store or for a hands-free leisurely walk. It's just the right size to tuck in a credit card, phone and a few small items that may come in handy.
Simple to weave and construct. The structure consists of a pair of doubleweave tubes that are closed in the middle. One pocket is about 4" deep while the other is about 6" deep.
The pattern makes one bag, but we have included the yarns to make two On-the-Go Bags.

We have made similar color substitutions for the Maurice Brassard 8/2 cotton yarns from the original pattern with our Aurora Earth 8/2 cottons.
