Pure Delight Towels

This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave these Pure Delight Towels that were designed by Deanna Deeds and featured on the cover of Handwoven Jan/Feb 2015.

As with most texture weaves, the pattern may not look too exciting while on the loom, but after wet finishing these handwoven towels will bring pure delight.

Weave structure: Atwater-Bronson lace and turned Atwater-Bronson lace.

Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 cotton. (original design is woven with Cottolin)

Finished size: Four hemmed towels 18" x 30" each. Two in blue colorway and two in green colorway.

Equipment needed: 4 shaft loom; 21" weaving width; 12 dent reed; 2 shuttles; 3 bobbins

Instructions needed: Handwoven January/February 2015 from Long Thread Media.
