Suzie's Gift Towels
This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave Suzie's Gift Towels that were designed by Suzie Burger for Cotton Clouds.
Suzie loves our Monte Cristo Boucle yarn and designed these towels with a mix of Aurora Earth 8/2 Cotton, Caterpillar Cotton and the yummy Monte Cristo Cotton. She wants to let everyone know that these towels weave up so beautiful and soft!!! These towels are perfect as gifts for the upcoming holiday season.
The step-by-step pattern is included in this kit for easy warping, and is a simple plain weave design. It's a great project for beginners who want to try warping with different weights and textures of yarn. The weft is plain weave and all in one color, so there's only one shuttle used throughout the entire body of the towels.
You can choose from 8 different color options. Each kit comes in natural and your choice of borders from our Caterpillar Cotton line.
Weave Structure: plain weave
Equipment needed: Rigid Heddle Loom; 22" weaving width; 10 dent reed; 2 shuttles.
Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 Cotton, Monte Cristo Boucle, and Caterpillar Cotton.
Finished size: two towels approximately 18” x 28” hemmed.
Pattern: Included in kit.
