These Wedge Placemats will bring shape, color, and texture to your table. Thoughtfully sized to complement a round table, these placemats are woven in cotton and linen with a subtle Twill pattern that adds depth while remaining understated.
At the loom, you’ll weave the full yardage for a set of four placemats. After weaving, a simple sewing step guided by the included pattern template transforms the rectangles into wedge-shaped placemats. The final touch is a decorative fringe created by gently unweaving the three sewn edges, giving each placemat a delicate, handmade finish.
This project will brighten your breakfast nook, patio, or dining table, creating a set of placemats that feel personal, functional, and beautiful. Woven with soft, durable fibers, these placemats combine texture, shape, and color for a fresh, seasonal touch to your home.

- 52–78 heddles per shaft

This kit is different from our standard weaving kits. Instead of pre-measured yarn amounts, you’ll receive full-size cones of each color used in the pattern. This means you may have extra yarn beyond what the project requires—perfect for weaving additional fabric or exploring your own variations.
