Each kit contains a rich combination of Chenille Solid and Chenille Variegated yarns to weave a warp stripe scarf with colors gradating across the scarf.  

Shown in Red Maple and Blue Denim but you can use the drop-down menu for 5 color options.

Weave Structure:  plain weave/tabby

Yarns: Chenille Solid and Chenille Variegated

Equipment needed: rigid heddle or 4-shaft loom with 1” weaving width; 7.5 or 8 dent reed; 1 shuttle

Finished size:  one thick and cuddly scarf 10” X 66” plus 6" fringe

Well , I am very excited to see and start this project, for now it has been delivered to a friend whom I hope to visit in April
But if this project is anything like those I have purchased in the past I am sure it will be wonderful
Chenille will be something new for me and am looking forward

Beautiful and so soft!

This chenille yarn was surprisingly easy to warp and the weaving was fast and easy too. When it came off the loom it was stiff and not very soft at all. When I wet finished as per instructions it came out very soft and the drape is soft and cuddly warm. Will be making more of these in many colors. Wore it to church and had several people order one in their preferred color! There are so many colors available, it’s hard to choose! Thank you Cotton Clouds for this wonderful kit!
