Our Bambu 7 is made from bamboo, a renewable resource grown without pesticides or fertilizers and processed much like rayon yarns.

These yarns have a wonderful mix of color-coordinated shades that blend into each other for striking effects, whether you are knitting, weaving or crocheting with these variegated.

We recommend using along with a solid Bambu 12 or Bambu 7 to break up the variegated patterning in your weaving, knitting or crochet projects. Ideal for both warp and weft when weaving.

The care instructions vary depending on the item. We have found great success with machine wash and dry. The Bamboo Baby Blanket for example has been laundered many times over without any problems. We recommend machine wash in warm water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Machine dry, low. Press with a cool iron, using a press cloth.

If you are weaving a scarf with fringe or an intricate table runner you may prefer to hand wash.
