Chenille Scarves

We've taken the guesswork out of weaving with chenille!

This kit contains all the rich variety of colors and instructions that you'll need to weave a velvet-soft rayon chenille scarf.

Each kit contains a rich combination of Chenille Solid and Chenille Variegated yarns to weave a warp stripe scarf with colors gradating across the scarf.  

Step-by-step instructions are included to weave either a generous sized, 10" x 72" snuggly scarf at 12 epi, or two 7" x 60" accent scarves at 10 epi. Woven in plain weave (on any two or more harness loom).

Weave Structure:  plain weave/tabby

Yarns: Chenille Solid and Chenille Variegated

Equipment needed: rigid heddle or 4-shaft loom with 12” weaving width; 10 or 12 dent reed; 1 shuttle

Finished size:  one thick & fluffy scarf 9.75” X 80” including fringe or two accent scarves 7” X 60” including fringe
